The Client
Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) is an Australian telecommunications company providing mobile and fixed broadband services. VHA’s 4G mobile network covers more than 22 million Australians, and Vodafone nbn™ fixed broadband services is available in capital cities and selected regional centres.
VHA is a 50:50 joint venture between Vodafone Group Plc and Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited. As at 31 December, 2018, VHA’s mobile customer base was more than six million.
VHA’s unique consumer and enterprise initiatives include $5 Roaming and no lock-in handset plans for mobile customers, and Instant Connect and 4G back-up for fixed customers.
VHA employs around 2,500 people at its Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth offices, contact centre in Hobart and more than 120 company-owned retail stores throughout Australia.
